All product and shipping-related concerns will be entertained only within 48 hours of delivery.
Proper documentation, including pictures of the product, is mandatory for any claims.

Chetan Dhorajiwala Foods does not take title to returned items. Refund or cancellation requests are at the sole discretion of the company.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 working days. Proper documentation and tracking details are necessary to process refunds.
In case of delays or cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, only the value of the product will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Order Processing:

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday post 6:00 PM) or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
No dispatches are made on Sundays or government holidays due to product shelf-life considerations.

Delivery Delays:

During festival months or peak seasons, dispatch and delivery timelines may be longer due to high demand or stock shortages.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer will result in delays, and the company will not be held responsible.

Custom Duty or Inspection Charges (for international orders):

Customers are responsible for any custom duties or inspection charges incurred.
The company is not liable for damages or losses during customs inspections, and no refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Product and shipping-related concerns will only be entertained within 24 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence is mandatory to address concerns.

Orders can be canceled anytime before they are dispatched by contacting customer service or through the website.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Chetan Dhorajiwala Foods reserves the right to cancel orders if any fraudulent transactions are suspected or if terms and conditions are violated.
A record of fraudulent transactions/customers will be maintained, and access or further orders may be restricted.

Ensure shipping and billing addresses are correct to avoid delays. Provide detailed information like nearby landmarks, contact person names, and valid contact numbers.
For orders with differing billing and shipping addresses, the customer is responsible for ensuring all details are accurate for smooth delivery.
