Chetan Dhorajiwala Sweets & Namkeen is a family-owned business based in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India. We specialise in handcrafted traditional Indian sweets and namkeen, serving customers across the Vidarbha region and beyond.

Our business operates both as a physical retail shop and through online/phone-based ordering. All orders, whether placed in-store, via phone, WhatsApp, or our website, are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

02 Products & Availability

All products listed on our website or communicated via any channel are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• Limit the quantities available for any product.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

03 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed through the following channels:

• In-store visit at our Yavatmal shop.
• Phone or WhatsApp order directly with our team.
• Through our website, if online ordering is available.

An order is confirmed only after you receive an acknowledgement from our team. We reserve the right to reject any order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or any other reason.

For bulk orders (weddings, events, corporate gifting), advance booking is required. Minimum lead time and minimum order quantities apply — please contact us for details.

05 Delivery & Shipping

We offer delivery within Yavatmal and select surrounding areas. Delivery availability, charges, and timelines will be communicated at the time of ordering.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, location, and festive season demand.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Perishable products must be accepted at the time of delivery. We are not liable for spoilage due to missed deliveries.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

For outstation or courier-based delivery, additional charges apply. Freshness and packaging integrity for long-distance shipments cannot be fully guaranteed.

08 Food Safety & Allergens

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts, wheat, and other common allergens. While we take precautions, cross-contamination cannot be fully ruled out.

• Customers with known food allergies are advised to inform us before placing an order.
• We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
• All products should be consumed before the best-before date and stored as directed.

Chetan Dhorajiwala Sweets & Namkeen is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from failure to disclose known allergies or from improper storage after delivery.
